Ingredients:

4 | ounce | beef or other meat (minced) |
1 | teaspoon | herbs (dried or fresh chopped) |
1 | pinch | salt and freshly ground black pepper |

Method: |

Preheat the grill or barbecue to moderately hot. |
Place the minced beef or other meat in a bowl and thoroughly break it up with a folk. Add the dried or fresh herbs and season well. |
Bring the mixture together using your hands and form into four burgers. Cook on a moderately hot barbecue or under a preheated grill for about 8 minutes, turning once. |
